Owens suddenly attacks Reigns as the belt is being raised up. Owens destroys Reigns and sends him to the corner. Owens with a big corner cannonball. Owens brings it to the floor and launches Reigns into the barrier, then delivers another cannonball as fans continue to go wild for him. Owens drops Reigns on the floor again, then hits a big Frogsplash off the apron. Reigns gasps for air.

Owens comes back in but here comes Jey Uso to attack. Owens is ready for hm. The steel ring steps and a chair come into play at ringside. Owens with chair shots to Jey to take him out. Owens with another chair shot to Reigns while he’s down. Jey attacks Owens again but a big chair shot to his foot mid-superkick sends him down. Owens with more chair shots to Jey. Owens places the chair over Jey’s ankle and stomps on it, taking him out.

Owens keeps control until Reigns nails a big Drive By on the apron. Reigns takes the top off the announce table and drives it into Owens while he’s down. We see Jey being helped to the back by officials. Reigns brings half of the steps over and drives them in Owens’ face, twice. Reigns then drives the steps into Owens several times while he’s down. There’s chaos all over the ringside area and Heyman is still shocked at the brutality.

They bring it in and Reigns drives a mini-ladder into Owens. Owens tries to fight back but Reigns keeps driving the ladder into him, even when he’s down. Reigns brings chairs in and keeps using them. Owens tries to swing a chair while he’s down but Reigns drives more chair shots down into him. Owens gets to his feet and they trade shots. Reigns can’t scoop Owens on his shoulders as Owens keeps fighting. Reigns blocks Owens and back-drops him onto two chairs facing each other. Reigns tosses Owens back to the floor. Read more

St Petersburg, Florida – Tropicana Field

Owens takes the mic and addresses WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, saying he’s been waiting all week and is not waiting one minute longer. Owens calls Reigns out and says let’s do this. Reigns doesn’t show. Owens says that’s fine for now because he has something he wants to discuss. His family heard Reigns’ message loud and clear last week and he told his family not to watch Sunday’s TLC match under any circumstance, but not because of what they will think of what Reigns will do to Owens, but because of what Owens’ family will think of him when they see what he does to Reigns. Fans cheer Owens on as he calls Reigns out again.

Owens says he heard Reigns recently tell Jey Uso that he cares what his sons think of him. Owens says that doesn’t matter because if they’ve been watching, they already know Reigns is a hypocrite. Owens goes on about how Reigns uses his family members as pawns, and says that’s pathetic. Owens says Reigns’ actions prove he knows he’s not the head of the table, he’s a coward. Paul Heyman appears on the big screen from backstage at Reigns’ locker room door.

Heyman recalls his Talking Smack conversation with Owens and how he said he’s a masochist. Heyman says Reigns is a sadist, especially for when it comes to putting a beating down on Owens. Heyman says Owens really isn’t a masochist, he’s a martyr and will do what he needs for the title, sacrificing anything. Heyman goes on with his promo and says mutilation won’t stop Owens so Owens needs to be eliminated, taken out, eradicated. Owens interrupts and says he can’t hear one more word coming out of Heyman’s fat mouth, and if Reigns won’t come out and face him, then Owens is going to look for Reigns. Heyman rolls his eyes and looks off as Owens exits the ring and marches up the ramp. We go to commercial.

Back from the break and WWE Producer Adam Pearce is backstage walking with Owens, reminding him TLC is on Sunday and he needs to reconsider this trip to Reigns’ locker room. Owens knocks on Reigns’ door but we hear Reigns’ music start up in the arena as fans boo and the mind games begin from Reigns. Reigns and Heyman head to the ring as Owens watches from a TV screen in the back.

The boos get louder as Reigns enters the ring and Heyman hands him the mic. Reigns says he doesn’t want to hurt Owens or his family, but Owens is running around here telling everyone he’s a bad guy. Reigns says he’s not a bad guy, he’s just doing what it takes to be “THE” guy and Owens wouldn’t understand because that’s above his pay grade. As a matter of fact, Reigns is going to show Owens he’s a good guy, he’s going to give Owens the same chance he gave his own flesh & blood, Jey. We see Owens walk away from the TV in the back. Reigns wants Owens to acknowledge him, acknowledge him as the head of the table, but if he doesn’t or just can’t, then Reigns is going to end him. He won’t even make it to TLC on Sunday, or make it out of here tonight. Read more

We cut backstage to Reigns and Paul Heyman watching the video, which includes the attack on his cousin last week. Jey Uso walks up and asks if Reigns is good. Reigns is and he asks the same, and how the family is. Reigns says he should be good, thanks to him. The music of Owens hits in the arena and Reigns takes notice, as does Usos. Uso wants to go get Owens. We see Owens sliding a table into the ring. Reigns tells Uso to go get him.

We go to the ring and Owens is throwing more weapons into the ring now – a ladder and steel chairs to go with the table he previously slid in. Owens sits the chairs up and stands the table up. We see Reigns and Heyman watching in the back. Owens stands the ladder up next. Owens takes the mic and says he knows Reigns is watching, so he needs to listen closely. Owens isn’t afraid of Reigns. Even with Reigns being as good as he’s ever been, Owens does not fear him.Reigns says he fights for his family and Owens can relate to that, but as good as Reigns is, regardless of what he says it looks like Reigns’ family is doing the fighting for him. Owens says Reigns is using his family to fight his battles for him. Owens says their match at TLC is the most important of his career and he knows the Reigns we see today, with all the momentum he has, can probably beat anyone in WWE. Owens is aware he needs all the help he can get if he wants to win. Owens fights for his family also but his family isn’t a part of the industry, they support hm by watching at home. Orlando, Florida – Amway Center

Kayla Braxton is in the ring with a mic. She talks about tonight’s tag team main event and says her guest has agreed to this exclusive interview. She gives a grand introduction to WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, and out he comes with Jey Uso and Paul Heyman.

Reigns stops on the stage and raises the title in the air as the pyro goes off. They head to the ring as fans boo. Cole and Graves hype Reigns and Uso vs. Kevin Owens and Otis for later tonight. Reigns tells Kayla if she’s got an announcement, she should do it right. He nods at Heyman, who leans over to Kayla’s mix and gives his own grand introduction for Reigns. Kayla apologizes. She brings up last week’s comments to Jey and mentions how he’s become a commanding figure here in The ThunderDome. She asks what happened last week. We go right to a video package with highlight from last week, including Reigns talking down to Jey in the ring, then Jey attacking Otis from behind with a steel chair, Owens stopping Uso from attacking Daniel Bryan in the back, Owens confronting Uso and Reigns in the back, and Reigns telling Uso to make Owens fear him ahead of their main event. We also see Uso attacking Owens with a chair in the match, and Owens turning it around, taunting Reigns while he watched from the back.

We come back and Kayla seems to annoy Reigns. She says this is the biggest thing she’s ever been a part of, the biggest thing in her career, and she has these stupid questions. He says they could’ve had Cole done this, but they let her talk to the Tribal Chief and she blows it. Kayla asks if Reigns is possibly using Jey as a pawn, manipulating him. Reigns says those are stupid words for stupid people. He means no disrespect but he’s not the kind of man to manipulate. He goes on with some praise for Uso, then mentions how they’ve given Kayla opportunities, even with Heyman helping her on Talking Smack, but she’s blowing it. Reigns tells Heyman to handle this amateur.

Heyman goes on about how Jey has helped with the ratings because Reigns has given him, given the family, opportunities. He goes on until the music interrupts and out comes Owens. Owens says it’s been established that they don’t fear each other and he sees no point in waiting until later tonight. He figured since Reigns didn’t come to him last week, he’d come to him now and they can settle it. Owens enters the ring but Jey stands up to him. Jey says they run this show and they accept. Owens says he wasn’t talking to the bus boy, he was talking to the head of the table. What do you say? If not now, let me think of… Owens has just the place. TLC. Owens says let’s not stop there, let’s get a table in there since Reigns is the head of the table. Let’s get a ladder and some chairs for a TLC match, Reigns can put the title on the line, and they can settle this like men. Or they can do it right now because that’s fine too. Owens taunts Reigns as fans cheer. Owens drops the mic and waits for a fight. Read more

Orlando, Florida – Amway Center

Jey Uso’s music plays and he makes his way to the ring.

Jey says that people were talking about the Farewell to the Undertaker after Survivor Series, but they should be talking about how Roman Reigns beat Drew McIntyre.  Jey brings out his cousin and the head of the table, Roman Reigns.

Roman Reigns comes to the ring with Paul Heyman and Roman is not in a good mood.

Roman is handed a mic and he tells them to play the video from Survivor Series.

Roman says after your Survivor Series match, what did I tell you to do?  I told you to leave, but you didn’t.  Did I ever tell you that I needed help with Drew McIntyre?  I didn’t.  Why do you think you and Team Smackdown lost at Survivor Series?  They wouldn’t listen to you?  Why wouldn’t they listen to you?  They don’t fear you.  They don’t fear you because they don’t respect you.  I said it before.  If they don’t respect you, they don’t respect us.  If they don’t respect us.  You must think I am some wannabe bitch in the locker room looking for leftovers if I am not the head of the table.

If that is how they look at me, how do they look at you?  How does the family look at you?  How do you look at me?  Do you look at me like I am a bitch in the locker room looking for leftovers?  Is that how you feel about me?  That is how you are making me feel through your failures.  I don’t like how you are making me feel.

Roman drops the mic and leaves the ring.

As Roman and Paul walk to the back, Jey Uso leaves the ring and sulks.

Jey walks to the back while Otis comes out for his match.

Jey Uso hits Otis with a chair as Otis walks to the ring.  Jey continues the attack with multiple chair shots and punches to Otis.

Officials come to the ring to try to talk some sense into Jey but they don’t want to get hit with the chair like Otis was. Read more

WWE Champion Drew McIntyre vs. WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns

It’s time for the final non-title champion vs. champion match, and the final RAW vs. SmackDown match of the night, as WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns makes his way out for the main event. Paul Heyman is with him. They stop on the stage as the pyro explodes. WWE Champion Drew McIntyre makes his way out next as fans cheer him on. Drew is carrying the same sword he had at RAW, and is wearing the kilt. The pyro goes off before Drew marches to the ring. Drew looks over at Reigns and raises the title as more pyro goes off. Reigns and McIntyre stare each other down in the middle of the ring now. They get closer and raise their titles in the air as fans boo and cheer.

They lock up in the middle of the ring to start. They break after being unable to get an upperhand. They lock up again and trade holds. Reigns goes to the ropes to force the break. Drew laughs at The Tribal Chief. They lock up again and Reigns applies a headlock to take control. Reigns takes Drew down into the headlock. Drew with a headlock of his own. They break and run the ropes. Drew ends up leveling Reigns with a big shoulder.

Reigns goes to the floor to regroup with Heyman as Drew looks on. Drew plays some mind games now as Reigns re-enters. Drew looks for a lock up but Reigns kicks Drew and rocks him with punches into the corner. Reigns takes control and beats Drew up in the corner as the referee warns him. Orlando, Florida – Amway Center

We go to the ring for tonight’s Survivor Series contract signing as new WWE Champion Drew McIntyre makes his way out to a pop.

Back from the break and McIntyre is sitting at the table in the ring. The music of WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns hits next but he’s nowhere to be seen. After a minute or so later, here comes The Tribal Chief with Paul Heyman right behind him. Fans boo and Drew looks on from the ring as the pyro goes off on the stage.

Reigns takes his time getting to the ring. He takes a seat and just stares at Drew, smirking. Adam Pearce oversees things. Reigns tells Drew he knew he could pull the win off, Heyman didn’t. Reigns knew he could pull it off because he’s been in Drew’s shoes. Reigns goes on and Drew knows he’s trying to get in his head, provoke him to flipping the table over and going off, but that’s not going to happen. Drew says he’s going to get to the point. Reigns told him to go get himself a title and he did, but not for Reigns, for himself. Drew ends up signing the contract and fans cheer him on.

Drew hands the contract over to Reigns, telling him it’s his turn, his show, and his move. Drew asks Reigns to please underestimate him. He advises Reigns to use these last two days of peace to prepare for war. Reigns smirks and goes to ink the contract but stops and can’t believe Drew would try to give him advise. Reigns says Heyman advises him. Reigns is going to give Drew the advice and let him sit under the learning tree. Reigns says Drew isn’t going to like where he’s going on Sunday and he won’t understand the brutal truth but one day he will understand he’s a secondary title holder, a prop, a stand-in. Fans boo Reigns now. He goes on taking shots at Drew for being the champion they use when Reigns is busy. Reigns says he’s “THE” champion, the face of WWE, Drew’s Tribal Chief and the head of the table. Reigns says one day Drew will have the chance to be the man, the face of the company and when he does, he will look back at these nights and thank Reigns, and love him for the time he’s allowed him and the lessons.

Reigns goes on and finally signs the contract, then tells Drew that he will always be his favorite #2. The boos get louder as Reigns stands up with his title. Drew is still seated. A “you suck!” chant starts up as Reigns’ music starts. Drew stands up at the table and Reigns makes his exit with Heyman. Drew’s music now starts up as he stares at Reigns making his way to the back.

Orlando, Florida – Amway Center

WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring with Paul Heyman.

Roman asks Paul what do you call this place? The Island of Relativity? Paul says it is because you make it relevant. The numbers don’t lie. You can look at it in the flesh. Look at my cousin Jey Uso. Before, you didn’t which twin was which, but now he is main event Jey Uso. Look at the last two weeks. Two weeks ago, he beat Daniel Bryan. Last week, he destroyed Kevin Owens. He will lead his team to victory at Survivor Series. I will establish my dominance and I will beat WWE’s secondary champion Randy Orton.

When you think about Randy Orton, which I don’t, he is the person whose accomplishments you can respect, but not respect the man himself.

Drew McIntyre’s music plays and he makes his way to the ring while Paul has a shocked look on his face.

Drew says it has been a minute.  He asks Paul if he misses him.  Drew says he was passing through town and he knows how valuable Roman’s time is.  He says he heard Roman talking about Randy Orton.  You won’t be meeting Randy at Survivor Series.  I am beating Randy Orton at Raw and it will be you versus me at Survivor Series.  A lot has changed since the last time we were in the ring together.  I was eliminating you at the Royal Rumble the last time we were in the ring together.

Do you remember what happened since then?  I made your client my bitch in five minutes at Wrestlemania.  Do you remember Wrestlemania?  No, you weren’t there.  You left us and the fans high and dry.  Someone had to stand up and that someone was Drew McIntyre.  Drew says it was a priviliege to be on top.  You consider it a rite, while I consider it an honor.  I am the man and I will prove it at Survivor Series.

Roman tells Drew he likes him and he respects what Drew said.  Roman says he is back now and ever since I came back, nobody knows who you are.  I don’t watch Raw.  It is all good.  Nobody watches Raw because everyone watches Smackdown.  They all want to watch me.  Now that you have failed your audition here, tell us who is Drew McIntyre.
